Now he heads the dynamic food and beverage venture known as Peter Knipp Holdings with confidence, vision and passion. His interminable fascination with the hottest new gadgetry has kept him on his toes and up-to-date with the latest digital developments around the world. His aim is to create a perfect integration of his two loves through the business.

In addition, he makes it a point to involve himself in chef-related organisations like the World Association of Chefs Societies and the Singapore Chefs Association, and continually seeks to improve the profession through his contributions. Naturally, he is a much sought-after speaker at conventions, forums and festivals related to food and hospitality. He is known as a trendsetter, a powerful motivator of people, a man with unending business ideas who always focuses on the process of growth instead of a final product.

Occasionally you'll also find him riding on the roads in full Harley gear, or relaxing at home together with the woman who has been running the business beside him for seven years, and their two sons.
