Savour the Best of the Local Culinary Scene Various partner restaurants are offering a one-off dining speciality to celebrate the local gastronomy scene. For one night only, visit these restaurants to experience superb hospitality along with exquisite dishes.

1. Ottomani Bayram

Featuring flavours from the Middle East, Ottomani Bayram is offering a four-course menu that will delight palates everywhere. For this one-off dining speciality, Ottomani Bayram will be presenting dishes such as the Pollin – a sustainable kingfish kebab served with kaymak and local cress, the Rough Seas – Boston lobster with blackened orange and kohlrabi, and the Down The Tracks CH.2 – 150 day aged beef brisket with tomato chutney and kashk. To put a sweet end of the meal, guests can enjoy the Cashew Noodles – fresh berries, mint, watermelon and sumac consommé that would produce lip-smacking flavours.

2. Whitegrass

Newly renovated one Michelin-starred restaurant Whitegrass will be presenting a one off gastronomic specialties for one night only featuring a modern approach on Japanese and French cuisine. Tuck into dishes with proteins like oyster, seasonal sea urchin, ikejime and duck, while watching Chef Takuya Yamashita in action. Wine pairing is available, making Whitegrass the perfect location for any occasion.

3. Grissini

Tuck into Italian grilled dishes at Grissini. Specialising in premium meats and seafood prepared ina unique oven, Chef Mirko Vinci will be presenting a spread of Italian-inspired dishes along with wine pairing. Start off the meal with the sour cream panna cotta, topped with Oscietra caviar and chives; and then savour the crispy omega 3 egg served with cauliflower, black truffle and asparagus. For mains, choose between the honey glazed cod fish or slow baked beef short ribs, hearty choices for the hungry diner. End of the meal with the seasalt and coffee chocolate cake, a sweet and salty end to the humble meal.
