Serving up quintessentially Singaporean treats at The Clifford Pier this July, look for the ‘In-Crab-dible’ Promotion, which will be serving up hunky Sri Lankan crabs, prepared in the island’s favourite cooking styles, like black pepper; spicy egg sauce; and more at a promotional price of only S$19++ per 100g.
Top on the list of local must-tries is the Chilli Crab, bathed in aromatic chilli and tomato sauce. If that is not to your favour, look to another favourite, the Black Pepper Crab, tossed in a heady, mouthwatering pairing of premium black and white pepper. Last but not least, there is the house signature Tamarind and Pineapple Crab which tempts with bright tangy flavours.
All three renditions will be prepared with premium Sri Lankan crabs and require a minimum order of 1kg. They are available for lunch from Monday to Friday, and for dinner daily.
