From 24th to 26th December 2019, the newly refurbished Grand Shanghai will be collaborating with two Michelin-starred restaurant Canton 8 from Shanghai. Masterchef Kan Chit Ming of Canton 8 will be taking over the kitchen of Grand Shanghai and whip up an eight-course menu comprising of Shanghainese and Cantonese-inspired culinary delights which reflect both Canto 8’s signature cooking style and star creations.
Items like Chef Kan’s signature fried rice and Boston lobster claw dipped in Chinese wine & steamed egg white will be offered exclusively for these three nights, and guests in Singapore have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to taste the dishes without having to leave Singapore.
