Overlooking the spectacular Marina Bay, Artemis Grill is a sky-high dining concept in Singapore offering Mediterranean-inspired dishes. This Valentine’s Day, Artemis Grill is offering a decadent four course menu for its diners.
To start the romantic dinner, diners will be first served Tsarkaya Oysters, nature’s infamous aphrodisiac, before moving onto a selection of starters that include seared Boston Lobster, Burrata alla ‘Norma’ and Beef Ragu Pasta. The meal will then continue with mains such as the Pasture-fed beef tenderloin, Iberico Pork ‘Secreto’, Seared Cod, Chicken Breast and even Parsley Spelt Risotto for vegetarians.
The dining experience will then have a sweet finish with the Valrhona milk chocolate mousse with poached pear, caramelized lemon tart or a trio of sorbets.

This Valentine’s Day, Da Paolo Dempsey Restaurant & Bar will be offering a specially curated three or four course dinner for all the romantic couples.
The indulgent meal also allows diners to choose from a selection of hearty and decadent fare. For starters, diners are to choose between two scrumptious options: Pan-seared Foie Gras or Burrata. The main course can include either the Handmade Seafood Ravioli served with crustacean sauce, ginger oil, fennel salad, and silvers of sashimi carabinero prawn or Handmade Chestnut Agnolotti tossed in brown butter, black winter truffle and parma ham foam.
The meal will end off with the restaurant’s signature Tiramisu. Diners can choose between the classic or the pistachio for a nuttier variant, and pair the velvety treat with either coffee or tea.
