Bakalaki Greek Taverna is a marriage between the Greek terms “Bakaliko” and “Meraki”'Bakaliko' (μπακάλικο) is a traditional neighbourhood store full of flavours, scents and colours, while 'Meraki' (μεράκι) represents the love, spirit and soul in everything we do.The deep-rooted love for tradition and creativity in the kitchen drives the team to share the fire and passion of Greek culture with the general public. Executive Chef Spiros Palaiologos leads a team that sources and hand-picks authentic ingredients straight from Greece, to ensure they offer the best of Greece in Singapore.
