SOUL Part Two
A new month has come again… March! Cuisine & Wine Asia will be releasing its newest issue – March/April 2020 with the theme of S.O.U.L. (Sustainability, Organic, Urban, Lifestyle). This new issue will shine a spotlight on many individuals who have impact the local culinary scene with their arduous efforts towards any of the elements of SOUL.
There is much to be discovered in this issue, there will also be discussions and features on the Singapore National Culinary Team (which did us proud in the Culinary Olympics!), new restaurants in Singapore, sustainable ingredients, and the various events of the World Gourmet Summit!
