An article in the Mar Apr issue of Cuisine & Wine Asia about springtime desserts by writer Qian Leung, under the segment 'Sweet + Pâtissier', mistated the name of the establishment at which Chef Bruno Philippe is executive pastry chef. It is Conrad Centennial Singapore, not "Corad."
